This website belongs to Uservox Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07480478). By using it you agree to these terms. They are short, and they are written to be read.
What these terms cover
These terms cover uservox.com and the pages under it. They do not cover the XMap platform at xmap.uservox.com, which is governed by the agreement between Uservox and each client, nor any consulting work, which is governed by its own statement of work. Nothing on this website forms a contract for services; that happens only when a statement of work is signed by both sides.
Using the site
You may read the site, print pages for your own reference and share links to it. You may not copy its content for commercial reuse, present it as your own, scrape it, or attempt to interfere with how it runs. If you find a security fault, please tell us at hello@uservox.com before you tell anyone else.
What the content is, and is not
The site describes how Uservox works and what it offers. It is general information, not advice for your situation, and it can change without notice. We take care to keep it accurate, and where we make a claim about how people behave we link to the research it rests on. Those sources are references, not endorsements: their authors have no connection with Uservox.

The text, design, illustrations and code on this site belong to Uservox Limited unless stated otherwise. XMap® is a registered trade mark of Uservox Limited in the United Kingdom (UK00004349804). "Think. Say. Do." and "Human first. AI forward." are Uservox lines. Please do not use our name, logos or marks without written permission. Names and marks of other companies belong to their owners and appear here only to describe the sectors and disciplines we work in.
What you send us
If you contact us or ask for a demonstration, we handle what you send under our privacy page. We may decline a request. Anything you send us that you would not want shared should be marked as confidential; we treat client information as confidential as a matter of course.
Links to other sites
The site links to research papers and to other organisations. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information.
Liability
We do not accept liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site, to the extent the law allows us to exclude it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the foot of the page shows when they were last reviewed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the change.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them or about the site.
